AC Fun Run Series! Offseason between S13-14

I just checked and there is a new v2.0 version of the v8's server had v1.1 and that what Rolz and I must have had. Download shoukd be done soon and I will update the server to v2 v8s and also add v2.0 in server name so people can see they need this version.

Server has been updated to v2.0 of the v8's I forgot to add v2 to the server name but there likely isn't enough space to fit it in and show up in lobby.

My new wheel is supposed to come Tuesday so I will be around for the next round and also join the pracy servers after that.

I just updated my game to v2.0 and all the extra texture packs, still getting the same Checksum error.....
Will do Hill Climbs for tonight.

Thats pretty odd, maybe try delete the V8 folders first then install the latest version. I checked the log and it doesn't exactly say where the checksum failed but last thing it did before kicking you was check the car checksum. Can you try one of the other cars maybe its just the Holden your trying to join with. Also if you update any mods you need to restart the game for it to take effect but I assume you already did that.

Strange. I deleted the cars and added them again. Tried joining on all 3 cars and still the same.
I'll keep trying things on my end, seems to work on my server though.

I don't know what is going on. Verified all files, deleted old version of the v8sc, installed the new version, all 3 cars are the same. Will try a new download and see what happens, are you using the 2k files? I will also try those.

tried new download still no go Looks like I am out for the v8 race. will concentrate on the hill climb.

I don't think it is my files. I just put V2 on my server with Imola and can connect with no issues. Something about Marty's server does not like me

Whats your server called others can try it I assume I should get a missmatch unless there are no car checksums setup on that server that is.

The other option we can do is remove the checksums for the server as its just a fun run but people will then be able to join with any car physics files.

I have not disabled checksums, unless this is something that needs to be enabled then I have not done that either. It's a standard server with STracker and MR running as well.

Server contains all the files from the downloads. data.acd files are there.

Just trying to do the Hill climb, I've downloaded the track but I'm missing the cars. Are these mods or DLC for the game?
