The old highway at Prospect is a great drive (or used to be). It has elevation changes that would need to be in the on line track to make the experience even better, is that manageable in the course maker?, I heard you can't control topography. You would start at the Prospect reservoir gates and run west until the M4 off ramp at Reservoir road which you would turn right into and run east on the west bound lanes of the M4 to the Blacktown road off ramp which you would enter then turn right back towards the Prospect Reservoir gates again. The start line would be on the M4. The track would run past the Wet and Wild complex.
At the moment, routes can be only be traced on the Eiffel Flat layout. Hopefully the app will be updated between now and December to allow manipulation of elevation, or at least allow tracing on other layouts.
I can do it Send me a screenshot of your layout and I'll try and scale it correctly (much easier said than done) @Viperzed has a theory on how to trace tracks on the other settings, but the elevation wont be the same.
I have some aerial screen shots and will post them either tonight or tomorrow night. I will take a drive around the track to get the lap distance for scaling. I think it would probably be better running anti clockwise.
@N64TheStig007 this track isn't far from where you live and you could do a lap yourself to get the feel for it.
Unfortunately not as good as it was in the late 60's before all the development, then it was very quiet there at night and you could let it rip. The sweeping bends and crests get very interesting at speed.
Looks like you 2 have paired up so just need to figure out the other 2 couples. If stu/koastr do not want to give a track or location, it will move to the next highest poster etc
Yeah i'm still good as a track master however it seems @N64TheStig007 has gotten me at the death Will sit as reserve for now
Not far then. Have you been along the old highway past the Cricketers Arms? (not sure where the rest of him is ).
Yeah, run along that road from the Reservoir road M4 exit ramp to the Blacktown M4 entry ramp and loop back on the M4.
Yep I can see how that would work, make for great racing. If you've ever been down near Holroyd High School, Macquarie Road can be a lot of fun also Working on my own little track for that currently
Oh what a small world! Yeah is great fun, Sometimes on my way to Soccer training, my dad goes through there and may get a little forgetting of the speed limit....
