Just fixed it!

I'll do a little more testing and add the laps in sometime this week.

I played a bit with the weather settings last night at 50 and 5. A few mins into the session it rained very lightly for about 30 secs (never seen that before) stayed partly cloudy then rained again a about 10 mins later but just lightly making no diff to the surface of the track(still went flying off into the barrier in the McLaren GTR on the 2nd lap lol )... interesting! Great weather system.

I ran a few laps in the CLK-LM and the McLaren F1 GTR. Both on RM tyres and both hitting 3:47.XXX
So going by that the race will run for about 73 mins not including any rain, pit stops or slower laps on worn tyres.

Hey Rumbles and Moon, you guys wanna hit up a prac session tomorrow at about 2-3 pm EDT?

At least if the race doesn't go ahead it would be nice to have a prac sesh and a quick race and get some pics for all the time I've put into testing and setting up this event. It would be an epic race if we got more drivers... don't want it to just be wasted...I really want this race to go ahead with 12 on the grid!

I'm gonna reserve the right to maybe change cars after a little testing now the tyre models are different. But i'll let you know before hand.

Tuning is completely open. I really like the feeling of trying to get the car at one with the track. It's great when you hit it.

Yea 5 starters... hoping for at least 5 more... then there would be a race.

It will be interesting in a race like this to see the updated tyre wear system. I think it will be good.

I did do a few laps in my CLK-LM both on RM and RH and it seemed that the RH did last longer...

Definitely fit the softs for the hot laps!

RS for the qual goes without saying. As for the race itself, the new wear model really opens up the pit strategy

Yes of course it does but I was just putting it up because when this race was originally meant to run last year, each car was set to one certain compound. So now like you say, after the tyre update it's wide open
