After driving around bathurst in real life, my wife is a little more excited for this Friday... still have to convince her to get in some practice with pitting etc
It is looking like my wife and I will not be able to make it tomorrow as my son has been sick for the last few days and wakes up a lot. I will let you all know tomorrow if I cannot attend, but don't let it stop the rest of you from having an enjoyable race.
Well despite many laps of practice, Natasha has become extremely disheartened and does not want to race at Bathurst at all. Which is a shame because this car is a lot of fun across the top.
Thats not good Jono. Been looking forward to this for a while, the missus hasnt had much practice around the track for at least a month now, so im not expecting any miracles. It's about the enjoyment, sure we all want to win, but i can't see how with boost on that it wont be a pretty close race no matter how good or bad either of us drive around the track.
In better news, my son has brightened considerably since yesterday so we may be attending after all. @N64TheStig007 just let her know it is just a bit of fun...also, if a 10 year old can do it, then I am pretty sure she can too!
sorry everyone we both won't make the race, family needs a hand at the last second... shattered but what can you do, wife was even looking forward to it!
