Sorry we couldn't make it in the end. Little one was feeling way too good and so kept playing and wouldn't go to bed until 10... Hope you guys/gals had a good race!
yeah, was great fun. had a ball with the boost on. My wife had tunzafun, and it sounded like the other ladies did too (although I think I found out where Pykey gets his foul mouth from lol )
Man that was fun, it was great fun racing with you guys and gals. Pikey, stick that horn somewhere! (lol). My wife loved the race, its a shame v8, n Hat, didn,t make it and, WTF they got disconnected. My wife and I say thanks for a great race, hope there are more.
Awesome race last night. Chelsea had a ball. Half an hour in the chair was a little long for her but as the last few laps she was making a lot of mistakes. Racing with boost is pure fun. I think everyone lead the race at some stage. Thanks for organising the race @Hatfield pitty you didn't make it. Cheers
Yeah she was having fun until she got disconnected, we were both annoyed because that would have been a great race between us boys
I will try to organise another one, maybe with a different time split if the ladies get tired after 30 straight minutes

I think I would like to keep the driver change. It was fun organising a booster seat for Mrs Gaz, and then scrambling to get everything adjusted etc during the pitstop.
Imagine the difference between me 191 cm tall to my 10 yo daughter. I have my frame in 2 pieces so I can lift it back for me and then over lap the frame at the front so she can reach the pedals and she sits on 2 pillows with 1 behind. I'm glad I didn't have to change tires. I was almost out of the pits by the time I got settled in lol.
This is why I love my NLR GTPro cockpit, adjusting the seat for the both of us so easy. I've convinced Tash to come back for the next ones, on "any other track." Also anyone saying Bathurst is a bad track is pure blasphemy.
I have the same cock pit and it's not long enough for my legs. So I split the frame. Since I split the frame adjusting is lifting the seat base and moving it to where I need it. When it was together it was a little to long for my 6 y\o son.
Anything but Friday is fine by me. I know it's hard to please all. I have a few big slot car meets coming up so no more early friday nights at the track for me.
