    Ok with 9 including myself already putting their names down, I think its time to set a day of the week that this series will run. Obviously sunday is out of the question and Friday at this stage looks to soon be taken up by state of origin 3. This leaves us with Monday through Thursday as well as Saturday. If everyone could list all of the days they can make it from those 5 as well as a preferred day I should be able to find a day which accommodates everyone firstly by availability and secondly by preference. Cheers.

    Can't make Tuesdays and Wednesday is team practice. Thursday or Saturday should be alright.

    Ok guys, its looking like Saturday is the day of choice. I am currently looking at a 13th of September start date (2 weeks from now). This would mean a 11th of October finish which should hopefully mean @DoogleDave and @N64TheStig007 will be available. Hopefully this will also make the event eligible for RoC assuming it to is postponed a week due to last weeks PSN issues @t_b_williams ??

    I will be hosting a practice room tonight to hopefully rally up some more support and finalise the race calendar.

    There may still be some alterations to the track list as i'm not really liking GT Arena, IMO a bland and boring track and those curbs are killer. I'm seriously considering the addition of a Bathurst 100 feature race in the final round seeing it will be Bathurst weekend.

    Make it so! I like the idea of a really cartoonish race at Bathurst in go-karts, lol. Especially on race weekend; it's a must.

    Ok guys, I had plans of kicking this off today but after thinking about it I really don't have the time. I've somehow got myself committed to racing 3 nights a week ( Sunday league, Hat's series and SOO) so I just don't got time for another series. I'd still love to run this series down the track most likely in 9 to 10 weeks time once my exams are done and dusted.

    In the mean time I hope to organise a 1 off race on Bathurst weekend. I'm still undecided on the car/format but i'm liking the idea of a NASCAR 100 Bathurst race like that of 1998. If interested be sure to watch community events for a new thread in the next few days.

    Thanks for showing your support. I hope to see you all plus many more once I get enough time on my hands to host a spectacular kart series down the track.

    Shifter Kart Madness Reopened:
    Looking at getting this series off the ground again. Over the next few saturdays (When available) i'll be having a kart room open for some short kart races at a variety of tracks. If there happens to be plenty of interest i'll look at getting a series underway in the new year.
