Im on NBN with 100/40, but with my work I'm on call all the time so can't be used as a host. But I can do it tonight for meet and greet.
Meet and greet 7:30. If it's ok I'll host tonight and for the actual start we'll pick best connection.
Great laps lads and a good turn out. Just couldn't get the tyres to stop glowing red. Tried 1.70, 1.75, 1.8, 1.85, 1.9 and brake duct at 100% and they still wouldn't cool down. Couldn't figure out what it was. Had to brake really early and couldn't put the power down exiting corner as it just pushed me off. All in all good fun though
Enjoyed the first one, even broke my own personal best a few times in those ten laps but the second race I was jinxed! Black screened on first corner of practice, couldn't join when I got back, car was somehow turned off when we started on the grid and took me five seconds to figure that out and then my gear shifter came away from the table halfway around that first lap lol. Nightmare race. I then had to leave after baby woke up yelling and I could hear the wife was in the shower oblivious to it. Anyway, I'll hopefully have the same luck from the first session next time
Great to meet you all, had some rippers races. Was struggling for speed with my setup Saturday then i tried setup that was posted up here and found a good second a lap. Thanks for sharing it, never done much tuning in the past mostly ran untuned stuff was a big help. Nice close run mik brought back the old days. Cheers all was great fun. Did you get you qual lap in @Blindman ??? I can't see you on the qual time/division list out the back. I just had a look at expressions of interest thread, and you do not have "Q" next to your name, so please get your time in mate so we can get you placed
Ill take the random liveries pack. Doesn't seem to want to give me the one I want anyway. But ill try select the 10 point I think it is
What you do is in the car selection in the lobby, go to my garage (triangle) manually select your car (top choice), pick GT, scroll down to the RUF, then RGT8 and push left/right to choose the livery, select with X, then when you are back on the selection screen, press circle to back out. This should cement your car livery selection.
FYI, it doesn't actually seem to cement it in but just picks you that livery whilst you are connected to that lobby. I wish there were a way to save a preferred livery, seems like a pretty easy to amend issue. Anyway just to reconfirm, I'm #21 Marsh
Hit triangle when your selecting car when you first jump into lobby and it will take you to my garage where you can then select your livery plus your saved tune.
