Nah that's an advert for something else. Scroll down, under the red stars for community rating, there is a section with download links. I've copied one for you. Try the link below, but you'll have to be logged into rFactorCentral for it to work. http://www.rfactorcentral.com/dloader.cfm?dlID=82B921BD-010D-D7BD-7AA9B550695F8F56
It's OK... You should be lined up on the grid, provided its a race session perhaps even do an outlap first. There's a setting and a button you can press to skip the outlap. maybe spacebar. You might be in a practise session. If you leave the car back (but not the track) there is a button to proceed to the next session somewhere. Before you load up a track, you can choose which sessions you want and length for each... practise, qualifying, warmup, race. Just select race if that's all you want to do.
it seemed to because came out of pits stopped on red light wnent green and was racing because i did 6 laps and it did not show how many laps that race was supposed to go and at the bottom of the sceen there was a line and numbers in blue going across if you know what i mean
yea I know what you mean. that's a practise session, the pit exit is closed (red light) for about 30seconds after the practise session starts, then the green light means you are free to enter the track. the line and numbers just gives you the relative position of other cars on the track, no matter what the session type is.
ah KoAStR how do you setup dfgt wheel in rfactor i downloaded all the mods including historic acrs and aus v8 super cars
You have a few options to increase the sensitivity: I'm pretty sure there's a sensitivity slider style setting under your controller options. Turn that up.[/*] To fine tune the sensitivity for each car: go to track, garage, increase the steering lock (try maximum). You will have to do this for each car, but this is what I would recommend.[/*] Use logitech profiler, create a profile for rFactor with a lower degrees of rotation (like 400 or something) But I wouldn't bother with this unless you can't get it right with options 1 & 2.[/*]
fixed that problem but it wants to drive in auto all the time the mini racing is orsum, but there is one problem when racing you do about two laps or so and it goes into shut down
Glad you're enjoying the mini racing. Under difficulty settings there is a setting for auto or manual. Also I think one of the F keys on the top of your keyboard might toggle it. Not sure why it would be crashing to shutdown after a couple of laps though :/ ....
Stab in the dark - you could try turning down the number of sounds played at once. Mods often have more sounds in them, and too many all at once can overload your system. When my PS3 crashes it often seems to be triggered by alot of big sounds happening together. Also the truck (hauler) racing rfactor mod used to really screw up my frame rate and stall the system on idle sounds...
some thing interesting download bogs sprint cars for dirt tracks which i am injoying but it wont let me go back to the original rfactor 1255
ah KoAStR are all mods supposed to work and also i find i am racing some midgets that are a square box with temp on them
