    Yup, I can do a later start now, going to Arvo shift next week, so no more getting up at sparrows fart on a Monday anymore :)

    I did a few laps with rotor and Musta this evening and I just cannot seem to get the hang of this car. I'm finding it hard to put up good and consistent times as I keep making silly mistakes.
    How are you guys finding this car in this track?

    What brake bias you using?

    The car has a really loose rear end, so alot of counter steering and flat braking before corners is required to get the best turn in.

    it is very difficult getting the best times from this track though as the slightest mistake can cost you a second.

    take off more rear bias I would say.

    each car has completely different handling characteristics, so don't be afraid to play with the brake bias settings, The TVR I would say needed a strong rear bias setting due to the understeer, where the NSX would need a stronger front bias setting as the car is naturally oversteery.

    I'll be running various colour schemes based on Emerson Fittipaldi's helmets and some of the car colours he ran in his career.

    Alright lads, let's make it official. Captain's will aim to have the rooms open at 8pm AEST for practice. Qual will start at 8.20pm AEST and the race will kick off at 8.30pm AEST sharp.     Woohoo. There's something about Tokyo that just agree's with me. Qualified 3rd, behind Nugget and Serg. Spent the first 4 laps behind them both, got past Serg then managed to squeeze past Nugget up the main straight at the start of lap 5 and never looked back.

    Decided to pit after 12 laps, chucked 7 litres in just to be safe, and made it home by 8 seconds in the end.

    Good to see you get a solid win Stumbles, need to let that fire out this season, you kicked ass tonight.
    Got pole but by the first few turns was behind nugget, and then Stumbles a couples of laps later.
    Managed to get past nugget after he kissed a wall but returned the favor not too long after, and then decided to touch every wall there after for an entire lap.
    By the time I got my concentration back, stumbles and Nugget pulled away and could only see them in the distance until the end of the race.
    Tried to go for the undercut (or something... Like a miracle) and pitted at the end of lap 11 which got me close to nugget but not enough thanks to the 18 lts of fuel I decided to put ino_O d'oh...
    Not too much to tell after that, only a nice overtake maneuver I put on bluemoon (and got away with, it was a do or die moment).

    See you all next Sunday, can't wait! :D
