Finally got my pit strategy guide working (still work in progress though)

Is that just in Excel or some other spreadsheet? Where does the data come from? Manual input?

It's excel, the data is manual input via dropdown boxes on the LHS and the lap times are stored on another sheet and are displayed when selecting car/track.

I think the boys are pretty keen to get it started mate, about to start qualifying in a couple minutes.

Actually @Bounty05 we're about to start, we have 10 mins of practice, then 10 mins of quali, then a 5 minute warmup so you might make it.

Should be an interesting race on this tricky circuit, if you can keep the car on the track and hit the apex consistantly you'll finish in a good position. @dj2 and @Anthonyb you guys had heaps of pace last night so it looks like you are the guys who will probably dominate tonight. With only 2 rounds left in the season it's all down to the battle for 2nd and 3rd allowing 4 or 5 of us that have a chance.
So please everybody be aware of other cars around you, and don't try to win the race on the first lap, but most of all enjoy the race and have fun. Good luck everybody.

@Anthonyb did a bloody 32.2xx around Zolder last night, couldn't believe it, that's bloody quick! It's all going to be about consistency tonight though, there are so many places at this circuit where things can go wrong in a big way.

I'll be there tonight. Did a full almost 29 laps earlier today. Pitted on lap 15 & added 6 litres. Ran out of fuel as i crossed the line to start the last lap. Think I'll add 10 tonight.

24 litres will see you through to the end of the race (14 laps) with a couple of litres to spare.

Progress so far...just need to add tyre and fuel factors then it should be nearly done.

Yes but with 5 cut penalties and a couple of spins I finished over a minute behind the leaders.

Yes the first few chicanes have potential to make a big mess with big time penalties I got squeezed out last night and made it hard to get back into a competitive position.

That's 2.21 litres per lap. I was doing 1.37 so figured I'd allow for 1.7.

No it isn't lol.

I was using 1.48 so I rounded it to to 1.5 per lap.

1.5 x 14 = 21

PS. I meant from your pit stop at lap 15

But you don't use all of the 40L you start with in 15 laps. 1.5x29=43.5 litres for the entire race. You start with 40 so should only need to add 3.5. I'm adding 10 just to be safe.

But if you add 10 it will only fill to ten if you are bellow
