I'm loving the strategy side, tyres, fuel and now engine wear! You can't just weigh the car down with fuel and run in mode 3 all race. It will be even more interesting in the 100% races.

Sure will. If i can just make it through first couple of corners with a complete front wing.

thats just it though, in the 100% races theres time to come back i reckon.

I'm looking forward to the 100% last man standi--Monaco race.... How many Safety Cars will we see in that one?!?

In my Mclaren career car I would defiantly crash because it doesn't handle very well or turn at all, It will be interesting in the one make based Merc I have a feeling we all might finish the race without disaster with how well the one make cars handle, think we can all relate you don't really have driver errors often on this game just get caught out by a dog of a car,

Baku on the other hand my likelihood to die on my out lap is paying around a dollar 5 cents...

I've binned the car in Career at Casino Square and Tabac in consecutive seasons now, keep turning in a fraction of a second too early :/ I'll struggle for the 50% unless i take it much easier

Sorry for dropping out @N64TheStig007, life gets in the way all too often for me and the amount of time I get to spend racing and playing games is severely limited!! Looks like you're on a winner though. It's such a fun game and I'm really disappointed I can't commit the time to this series.

Have you tried Mexico? That fast series of turns sure takes some commitment, very easy to mess up slightly which can cost a lot of time.

Not having driven on all the circuits yet. Mexico is a blast though. Especially when you get it right.

Drivers Briefing for Round 3 (god I hate this f***ing track)



First of all, well done everyone on a relatively clean Bahrain race, it certainly was a chess game. Incidents with incrimnating footage have been analysed, those involved will be PM'd forthwith.

As the championship rolls on to Shanghai, every lap I drive here makes me wish it never existed. Be that as it may this track provides 3 excellent opportunities for passing, turn 1 could also be one but quite risky indeed.

Tyre wear is rather insane here, so you should keep an eye on your MFD, strategy may well decide the outcome of this race just as it did a week ago.

Track limits are pretty clear here, not much chance of gaining advantages apart from the obvious Turn 16, cuts here reduce the chances of being trapped on the awkward exit kerb on the right so lines through the final corner will be monitored closely.

As a new rule for this week, while not entirely policable, you MUST save the POV of your race. As you now have the ability to record up to 60 mins of gameplay, you can simply press the share button, then square after the race and it's done, clean and simple. To change it to 60 mins, head to the Sharing and Broadcasts section of the settings and there you go. For 100% races I suggest setting your controller to Do Not Turn Off to allow you to easily double tap the button without having to pause. Be careful though, entering the XMB menu cuts any recording, hense why I had no Bahrain footage to post.



With all said and done, lets have another great race, hopefully we get some rain eh?
