    yer so... the legendary pulsar.. its got a dent in the rear where some dickhead hit now but anyway its legendary status continues undeterred... legendarilly slow that is... its sad when i get outdone by a v8 landcruiser :S

    Ford pulled all team fundings (except to about 3 teams) about the time 888 jumped ship, that was 888's main reason for leaving ford.

    Ford have always had the policy of cutting motor sport funding first before cutting funds to any other sector of the company (for around the last 50yrs actually), hence why for were the only USA car manufacturer not to take a bailout from the US government, because they didn't need to.

    have you been living under a rock ? they are no longer V8 supercars, they are now called 'future cars' and they are a full tube frame race car running a trans axle IRS rear end, no roll centre adjustment, custom peddle box plus lots more. the only thing specific to the manufacturer is the engine ( sort of ) and that they look like the corresponding road car but they don't even use the original panels they are just made to look like them.
