Has any further consideration been given to having div 1A and div 1B titles to try and keep the grid size up in this div?
Yeah stu is currently working on sorting this out along with all the other divs that are yet to have any drivers allocated.
what benefits are there actually in splitting the premier division up, kinda gives the other half an excuse to let themselves go and not worry about an overall win, when in such a car im sure it will be very close with the correct wear settings.
Benefits are that everyone races for the "overall" top 3 places.....the bottom 8 guys (assuming we have a full grid of 16, and they will be known before R1) will race for the 1B championship.....Keeps them interested, particularly if there is a bit of a gap between their speed and the "aliens".

I really like the idea of splitting the division up into 1a and 1b, or however it's sorted. It will keep me interested (assuming I'm in 1b ) otherwise the aliens in the field will go off into the sunset and I'll only have a chance for a win if 5 or 6 faster drivers disconnect or don't show...
Yes at 1 track I was quicker than you but then we went to Zhuhai and Imola and all systems were back to normal....I was 4 seconds slower than you.
thought he was Div 2 anyway.... with the reduced numbers in D1 & D2 the shuffle up would see quite a few into D 2 from D 3
