GT5 Track Day Session - RUF March 30th & 31st

BTW, does open make mean no race cars, or can people risk running a racer on SM?

I'm not sure about the future of this series. After round 4 (Holdens at Nurburgring) I will make the decision to keep hosting it.
Anyone interested in a Holden Cup if the Dragon Cup stops after the next round?
We can vote in tracks and so on...

It takes time to set up each round up and it seems at times it's not worth it.

If the series got bigger grids the racing would be great.... shame.

Seido your series always sound like a lot of fun mate, the reason I don't partake is purely because I want to be able to focus on the Sunday League this season and with my massive pile of shame, when I'm not on GT5 I'm trying to finish something else, if I could just avoid work for 2, actually, 3, I'd need atleast 3 months, at some point I just might be able to finish the bulk of them off, haha!

Don't get discouraged, and don't take the low numbers personally, I for one really appreciate the events you setup. Unfortunately for most people with kids and other RL activities etc. the weekend mornings/afternoons just don't suit.

I've made a change to this series layout starting from round 4.
Each round from the 4th will just be an open track session.
Still having PP and/or make/model restrictions.
Races will be started at random points inside the 1hr session with varying lengths also.
It doesn't feel like a real series so it will now be more casual.

Sunday 12th of February Open from: 4:00pm AEDT

Monaro CV8 vs Commodore SS

PP: Unlimited
Tyres: Sports (any compound)
Aero: Optional
Modifications: Unlimited

Mic off, but below ten it shouldn't be too much of an issue. It only really starts making an impact once you hit 10 or above I believe.

I reckon we should have a single make track day after the Holden round. Something which has a big enough stable of cars in the game to mix it up a bit, like Lambo, Merc, BMW or Ferarri.

That sounds good Rumbles. How about we make the 3rd session at Trial Mountain with one of the manufacturers you said above? and drop
the open make.

We can open a poll, let it run for a week or two to decide the manufacturer.

BMW sounds good to me. If we do end up with Ferrari, I agree about the Enzo... but we could have an open Ferrari session then finish up
with a few Enzo one-make races?
