GT5 Track Day Session - RUF March 30th & 31st

Well, today's session was awesome, NOT! lol Just myself and Monkeyman who raced in the Le Sarthe Enduro.
We had a couple good races though, was close. I was having trouble getting round some of the tighter curves then the back flying out lol but managed to tone that down a bit over the hour session, was fun.

But after all, tomorrow I'll be able to run the session again from 4:45pm AEDT
It may be just a 30 min session but probably 60mins.

It will be great racing if we can get a few there tomorrow.

I had thought it was moved to tomorrow and the only session today was the Fireblade., sorry for not showing up

Busy afternoon, Gotta run some laps for S6 tonight to hopefully work out pit strategy and also setup the car for the track day

Nice one. I'm not sure how many we'll get for the track day but I'll be there tuning and lapping!

Thanks guys for making it to the Holden session. It was great! the 4th race was awesome, great driving by all.
Shame you had to go rumbles, was sweet.

Second Session:

Suzuka Circuit

HONDA & Acura - non race car

Session 1: Saturday 18/2 12:30pm - 1:30pm AEDT
Session 2: Sunday 19/2 9:30am - 11:00am AEDT
Session 3: Sunday 19/2 5:00pm - 6:00pm AEDT

One of the 3 sessions will have weather set to 50 and 5.
Will use Reverse Grid On Previous Results option.
Drivers can change cars at anytime through out the sessions.


PP: Unlimited
Tyres: Sports (Any compound)
Aero: Optional
Modifications: Unlimited
BHP: Limits may come into effect *Will also run Tuning Prohibited session.

Seido; I will be able to make it to S1 & S3 but I am not too sure about S2 though due to being in AEST, not AEDT.

Rumbles, that's great to hear, look forward to running with ya again. Especially after our last battle in the
Holdens. The replay was sweet to watch lol

Well I'll still be getting up at 7:30am Sunday morning to run session 2!

As I already said, I may not make session 2 (sorry). Session one was only the 3 of us (you, me & Flood) but was such fun. After you left, I switched to the Honda electric car (Eclipse?) Was funny , doing a donut in an elec car is priceless :lol:

Yea that's fine man, I don't expect many to show for session two haha but I'll be there running some early morning laps!
Glad you enjoyed it, shame we didn't get a couple more races in.

Yeah, I wanna run the CR-Z s a part of it

Yea the CR-Z looks really nice when it puts on a bit of make up (still sexy in it's pajamas though lol)
I'll be running a brand new one tomorrow!

The CR-Z a '10 was so much fun! As moon said at the end, we should use that in the next series races (except for the fact that when it is not tuned it would be a piece of ). Was so quick & nimble tuned up though, and look so much better than the Prius!

Who would have thought a hybrid could pull a 2:25 on Suzuka :lol:

Well, this last session was the first time driving the CR-Z, only bought it today (been thinking about getting one for ages).
Great fun and sounds great with the racing muffler. We should race them again with turbo fitted!!

The few races today were great fun. I do apologise for jumping back onto the racing line a bit quick after braking a bit late going into
the chicane on the last lap, I came out right in front of you Moon, sorry.

So onto the next!
