PSN chat use during a qualifying or race session is not permitted. Abuse will be handled by moderators.
Events will be postponed and moved to the following week if there are less than 8 attendees.
Please avoid uneccesary movement during the formation lap. There is no excuse for contact. Try to remain in your starting position.
Passing under the Safety Car is not permitted. If you pass a car under SC and are not prompted to return the place, you must return the position when the race returns to green unless a pit stop occurs. Penalties will apply.
You are not permitted to enter the pits by overtaking other cars under a safety car or virtual safety car before the pit entry line. You must hold position until the pit entrance line. Exploiting this will result in a time penalty.
If you receive a 5 second speeding penalty and do not serve it, the penalty will be applied post race.
In the interests of incidents and protests, it is STRONGLY reccomended that you record your gameplay using the PS4's share feature. Setting it to 60 mins is enough to cover the end of qualifying and a 50% race.
You are not to let the AI control the car for a large portion of the race. You must remain in control of your car at all times unless absolutely necessary. Time penalties may apply.
Rage Quitting will not be tolerated. If you want to quit, RETIRE via the pause menu before leaving the lobby.
Pre-Race Lobby Procedure:
Should there be a major network issue during the qualifying session, the lobby should be restarted with a One Shot Qualifying session.
If it happens after the session is completed, the room will be reset with a custom grid in the order of the session results. Drivers are to be reminded to save their setups before this happens as you can only load setups in the one shot area and on the grid (parc ferme is disabled in a custom grid session).
After qualifying, drivers must wait 45 seconds before readying up, to ensure everyone has their setups set to their preferences.
Disconnection And Rejoin Policy
Drivers who disconnect are encouraged to rejoin the race as soon as possible, via a pre race lobby invite, joining through a party or a friend's profile. Driver's who disconnect after 75% race distance will keep their positions at the race's end, however they must have completed at least 75% of the total laps. (e.g In a 60 lap race, you must have completed 45 laps. Drivers who disconnect having not completed 75% of the total laps and not rejoined, they will be classed as a DNF.
Tyre Regulations
Those who qualify inside the Top 10 are forced to start on the tyres they set their fastest lap on. If it is on one of the harder 2 of the compounds it will count as one of the compulsory compounds for the race.

Time Penalties and Stewards Group
Penalties handed down by the game cannot be reversed. These are 2, 3, 5 and 10 second time penalties respectively. You may receive a post race penalty for reckless driving and other misdamenours via a protest, or misuse of driver aids.
The Stewards Group will handle all protests. If you wish to make a protest, file a PM to the members of the SG, preferably with youtube footage. More details here: http://raceonoz.com/forums/index.php?threads/stewards-group-official-thread.2593/
Classification
In order to be eligible for points in a full race distance, you must complete 90% of the race distance. As mentioned before, if you DSC, you must have completed at least 75% race distance in order to be a classified finisher. In the event of a catastrophic network error, or other, if the race is stopped before 50% and unable to be restarted, the event will be postponed and re-run the following week. If the race is stopped after 50% but before 75%, half points will be awarded. If the race is stopped after 75%, full points will be awarded
