all, I need to be a reserve for this season.. too many clashes and absences to fullfill a complete season...shame, as I love this car and its nuances.. Missing Rd 1,2,3 & 6
Hey Viper, With the fuel consumption at 4, the refuel rate should possibly be higher to marry with it imo, about 12lps to 15lps. At 7lps it could be a huge advantage to fuel savers, especially if their fuel saving on the hard tyre enables use of the soft tyre. I could be totally wrong, probably am, it just looks that advantage windows may open from fuel saving, from experience doing BT specs.
I do wish we did not require 2 diff compounds for the season. Some silly people (looking in the mirror) might have attempted to do medium/medium runs. i think with the combo of hard/medium vs medium/medium, it would create some good battles in the last few laps of the race due to the medium grip falling off a cliff at around the 7th/8th lap of use. Not asking for a change, just my $0.02. Regardless, this should be a fun season.

Have been prioritising health lately so hadn't been in the rig since mid last season. Jumped in the room and asked a bunch of questions but missed the best one which would've been, 'is it worth to 2 stop?' Spoiler alert, it wasn't. Qualified 2nd, and jumped @Ian Cannan at the end of the Kemmel to lead on Mediums until lap 7 where I pitted for another set of Mediums. I exited the pits last and 50secs down on the leader... On my second stint others of course pitted and I was leading by 13secs when @Ian Cannan came out of the pits. This fell to about 10secs when I pitted again on lap 14. I rejoined 14th (of 15 cars) on Softs and pushed hard to try and catch @T F Eccles and get the fastest lap. Unfortunately I spun on the astro turf at the exit of the flat out T18 and in my frustration messed up the beginning of the final lap to finish 14th without any bonus points. I am missing next round but hope to do better in round 3
I had not done any proper racing for months...and it showed! Two big offs, dead last and slow AF Had fun learning the car though. Hopefully will do better at the green hell!
