Gee whiz, what a fun race to wrap up the season!
Probably the heaviest downpour I have ever seen in GT7 (We had red on the weather radar!), it was pure carnage.
Qualified pretty rubbish myself, started at the back, made up a few positions before the rain hit. Pitted early for inters, probably should have opted for wets, but the inters got me through.
Was a bit ambitious with how early I pitted back onto softs (I think end of lap 10), by lap 17 I knew I was going to struggle to keep the tread until the end but couldn't afford to pit again, had Doodah hunting me, each lap gaining more time.
In the end, he made the pass on the last lap for a well earned win. I was happy to take second.
