Hey guys, I'm heading to Melbourne for a few days, looking to kill a few hours on Tuesday 16th,(wife and daughter going to Robbie Williams gig). Any ideas or anyone wanna catch up. Staying at Crown Towers, so a meal and a chat somewhere?? Will be my last holiday for a while, got told last night that Afternoon shift is closing down in my plant on Sept 15, so gunna become a hermit for a while...lol (until I find a second job).

I would love to Dave but weeknights are no good Apparently there is an awesome video arcade in the crown, plus a nightclub. Spot the Aussie will keep you entertained for hours on the casino floor or you could always go for a dip in one of the worlds most polluted waterways (on a par with third world countries). Sinking piss is a good way to kill time I guess. Rent Million ways to die in the west and get wasted!! Enjoy your holidays anyway mate.
Plenty of nice places to get a meal in the city. Just catch a plane up to Brissie mate, I'll have a beer with you.
I liked Adelaide. Seemed well organised. Couldn't walk down the street without getting offered some special herbs though. "We already got some in the mall out front of maccas near the big shiny ball, thanks anyway" lol.
Got a league race on Tuesday night so won't be able to hang back. Visit Village Gold Class @ Crown perhaps. Or check out Docklands. Ice Skating rink with the odd hockey match to view.
