    Someone might see a lot of potential in him and they believe he can deliver no matter what division he is in. Sometimes you gotta take a gamble to bring home the points :)

    he has signed up for Season 5, just not been put into a division by @stucar17
    So far only 2 Captains have taken the gamble signing out of divisions drivers in @PharQ & @BMWF30328
    It is a gamble as you don't know where they will end up. Could be at the front of one division, the middle of another, or the back of another...you just don't know.
    But both Captains only spent the minimum $10 on those drivers.
