Quite frankly it's a bit dissappointing you haven't paid for gift wrapping on my tickets Barra, cheap...
I promise to take pics and share them. The gift wrapping service seemed a bit overpriced Koastr @snake - it is my ticket purchase confirmation for silver grandstand number two @spa This will take my F1 GP attendance to 2 - Monaco 2005 was first
It is the last stand trackside left before the entrance to Eau Rouge. With any luck I will have a good look at the cars going through it. Oh, here, found a pic
There's not much of me, can I be your hat...plleeeeassse!!!! So jealous, and Monaco previously! Man, the furtherest oversea's I've ever been is Fraser Island!
Depends on what style of hat you plan on being. Do you carry bags too? This one is just a happy coincidence - I have to be in Denmark for uni the weekend before, so if the GP was a week earlier or later, it wouldnt be an option
The closest I've ever been to going overseas was that sandbar I hit while swimming off the gold coast one time! Monaco previously eh, such an unfortunate lad you are Barra.
Does Phillip Island count as overseas? if so i been overseas once. Looks like a good seat to see vrrrrrrrrrrrmmmmmmmmm................ need good ear pluggs they be pinging when they go by you
I've been to Melbourne and Singapore GP's. The night race is pretty good. But Monaco and Spa, those are probably two of the best circuits of the year. What's next Barra? Monza?
found a vid from silver #2 at spa...it says #1 but pretty sure this is #2? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ieo9GkAcECc
Yeah Zampli, that has to be #2, based on the map I posted above. Thanks for finding that. I hope I get my seat towards the left end of the stand.
Definitely. My camera isnt the best, but that wont stop me taking lots of pics. Im in row 3, so shouldnt be too many people in the way.
Hey guys, thought I would let you know that it was ing wet at Spa today. Saw the end of F1 prac and GP2 prac. Gp3 didnt go out and I didnt bother waiting to see if F1 went out for prac 2. Looking online now, its seems a few did. Weather forecast is good for weekend though. Cant wait! Highlight of the day was doing a wheel change on a ferrari in the shell tent. They asked for volunteers, i got my hand up, and with 2 randoms doing the gun and wheel off, and me putting it on, we did a 5.22sec tyre change. Pit walk yesterday afternoon was awesome too, thousands of people filling the pit lane (we were kept to the fast lane). Access from outside of la source, accross the track and in pit exit. Walked the length of the pits and out pit entry and walked the length of the straight. Saw Lotus pit stop practice and got autographs from both Torro Rosso drivers, Kovaleinnen and Charles Pic. Also nearly got hit by Pics car as they wheeled it back from scrutineering Story of the weekend and photos to follow next week when im home.
