    Leeboy, was wondering, since you've purchased a whole bunch of these Super GT cars for your testing, do you want to trade any to save me purchasing one?     Yea that's cool man. It's gotta be fair for all.

    Some one off sat/sunday morning one-make races using our own cars would be cool. No Points, just fun.
    I'm usually up early Sat and Sun morning on GT5.

    Maybe it's something I could start up...

    Start a thread with some ideas or suggestions and see what people think. Most around here will offer good input or feedback and then just go from there.

    Also if possible what cars are they using?
    I asked for the "Yellowhat YMS Tomica GT-R '08" as I have it and drive it a fair bit, if anyone is curious.

    I'll publish an entry list in the Wiki over the weekend once I've got everyones choice.

    choose any car, you can have the same car as someone else, you just can't change it mid season.

    I'm tossing up betwen the PETRONAS Lexus or the YELLOWHAT Supra. The supra isn't exactly one of the fastest but i like it.

    Hey guys,

    Bit of an update which came to me overnight :)

    Depending on how many racers we get, we may need several lounges. If we do, deciding a series champion may prove tricky just by points...

    I'd like your thoughts here as well, but here's my proposition.

    Each lounge is like a division, but I will split randomly (not by current divs) so that each lounge has equal numbers, or as close as possible to equal.

    We'll then run the race calendar and score points in each lounge individually.

    Then at season's end, we take the top 3 or 4 (depending on numbers) and have a one off race with the top guys from each lounge, which will then decide the series champion.

    Must use your own car obviously but the track will not be one from the series. I will release track info a good few days before the final so everyone can test, tune and practice.

    What do you think? Is this idea a go-er?

    Also looking to organise some practice sessions for this weekend.

    I've had a few requests to get something going just to see how everything will work (and probably scope some times :lol:)

    I'm thinking Saturday and/or Sunday night probably about 9pm EDST??

    What about..

    1st race, randomn split or whatever. Points equal between lounges.
    2nd race, top 50% drivers from race 1 in one lounge, other 50% in another. Lounge 1 points cascade into lounge 2.
    As the races progress, bottom 2 in lounge 1 swap with top 2 in lounge 2, this way you have the most equality week to week for tighter racing, and championship scoring is easy.

    My choice was easy, whatever Leeboy had going to trade! Didn't bother testing one against another, just closed my eyes and pointed "that one!". Well sorta. When I saw one option was MR drivetrain I thought that would be fun for a change and just picked that one -- RAYBRIX NSX
