Looking forward to it. Its been a long journey since I signed up in Dec 2011. But well worth, it having had the opportunity to play and test different builds over that period and seeing the game evolve into something that I am sure many people will enjoy
lol, I really hope it lives up to the hype ! Even if it's 90% as good as the hype suggests it will be awesome. The graphics look sooooo good I just hope the physics are good enough to make it the go-to sim racer on the market
At first I shuddered at some of those moves, but then I started watching it as a 'motorsports spectator' rather than a 'gamer' and found quite a lot of that exciting/entertaining. Not too far fetched from real racing incidents I've seen. 95% of that is stopped by adding consequences, which is why we have leagues or at least forums to take away the 'random stranger' element.
half of those crashes could have been avoided if they had let off the throttle instead of keeping it flat trying to push people out of the way.
Just been playing with the AI... I'm sweating almost like when I've had some intense MP league races Recorded one race so hope to get it up in a day or two. Haven't raced in Formula B in ages.
Here it is, with a little narrative and comparison to first ever WMD build. Was a bit nostalgic What I still can't get over with this game is how I can feel the grip, from watching a video it all seems too easy/grippy. But that's because I instinctively knew that just a tiny bit more throttle would send me into the nearest wall. (Which if I'm honest did happen once or twice when I was pushing hard... but I don't really do outtakes)
