Yeah it can be, you can easily over drive the car thats for sure! It gets more frustrating when you make changes to the car you actually need to do 2-3 laps to see if it was worth it... :\ then you better your time, doing a 19.3 yet to see Koastr goes a 19.1!!
I keep making small mistakes that result in a cut :-( I've found the car is a bit more stable if you soften the rear a bit...I can probably get down to a 7:35 or so but I simply can't put enough time in to shave more off...still haven't set a legal time yet haha
Hehe yep a couple more laps and did a 1:19.05 today Made a video of that one. Will post up later. Thought I was on for an 18, optimal lap for me is probably around that but not alot left in it for me now. Although I haven't tried any roll bar adjustements yet. Definitely easy to overdrive, especially when you're chasing that optimal lap.
I think that's because audio from both the cockpit and the TV camera is playing (normally I mute one) I left it like that because you miss some of the pops and crackles on the in-car, maybe a bad plan.... it does sound a bit echoey on my headphones in hind site. Sounded better through the home theatre. Not off hand but I can check... where? Alternatively there's live timing in the video you should be able to pick them out of that (pause when the splits come up).

I can see now just how slow I am, the way you make your car behave and my way are very different lol. There is quite a sizeable difference in talent
Slow in fast out... give that ago! More than likely you are over driving the car... AC will bite you if you over drive it. You will either A. understand, or B. oversteer... You want to make the car as settled as possible before the corner, the more you give this ago the faster and more natural it will come to you. My 7:19 was a touch on the wild side compared to koastr! I do have my reply of my 19 ill post it up later tonight so you can see the difference between our styles.
haha A understand.... but yea settled as possible is right and that's exactly where I have lost some time in this lap, e.g around Adenhour Forst. Got a bit unsettled around the faster bends on the way in, had to re-compose myself and the car/tyres meaning I wasn't as fast through the bend on the way out. This was one of the better replays for me. Another 19 was more composed but a bit boring, and another a bit hectic. This one is a nice balance of some drifty moments without it getting too scruffy into your pants material. Look foward to seeing your lap @R0T0R-AU86 !

Alrighty! Just upped the pace a touch! It was a very rough scrappy lap and lost about 1sec, but the time was there!!!
Wow nice. I was thinking I'd try and have another crack over the weekend (well sunday, bucks on sat). There's the incentive!
