Audi Quattro s1 - power reduced atm to 470hp (but will confirm).
Lancia delta s4

There will be no traction control or abs allowed.

I watch quite alot of GRC, awesome fun, so as an idea for the joker, how about a dedicated spot on the circuit and we do a 720 spin or something in that spot? Keeps some fun and action into it Also jokers can be longer than usual track as well, so perhaps a no shortcut lap?

Yes, will definitely come up with something in the next couple of weeks to be used for the joker. Otherwise is wouldn't be global rallycross! Maybe after Hat's round tonight we could throw around some ideas and test.

Might work doing a 360 on the main straight, between the last corner and first corners. Add strategy in how you pull the move off without getting damaged. Although, Im picturing people hand-braking in front of others and bam t-boned.. Joker lap would involve not doing a 360 (but gotta dodge the carnage). Could be onto something @Beau_Albert!

These cars are both quite easy to drive, and I find without abs its even better to get the cars to do what you want. The Lancia is the better of the 2 to control through the corners, while the Audi is quicker in a straight line.


I'll go the Audi, as I am a massive fan. Let me know what car you guys want and I'll add it to the first post.

Would love to use the Peugeot Turbo Evo 2 if you will allow it. Same bhp as the Lancia but more torque - 361.7 ft-lb but weighs more at 910 kg

Otherwise, I'll stick with the lancia.

With this type of racing near enough will be close enough.


Mustafur has pointed out some tracks which allow for a good joker lap (without having to resort to 360's on the straight). So will run the joker system setup on a track by track.

So any feedback about the joker system?
