    I am going to let you spearhead the series. It can run under the 'ROOZ take it to the street' banner as long as it meets the requirements set in the OP.
    Post a tracklist (4 races a night seems to work well) here and a class to run at and I will create an event for you. (you are welcome to create an event thread yourself as @emmo46 has done)
    You also need to pick a date for it to occur.
