Yeah I seemed to have a battle with half the field at some point last week!! Was doing OK too until I found the clutch on new(ish) G27 instead of brake pedal into T1. That cost me 17 seconds and a whole pile of enthusiasm. :-( Roll on GVE-R, looking forward to the crossovers & re-passing in /after T1/2/3 when 2-wide only works out for one car.. . .
just having a bad night lol before going in i had low 18's high 19's but once going into qual just couldnt find my groove.You did some bloody quick times there though good stuff keep it up and youll be up here in no time
Hey during races is it possible to do a fuel only stop or is it mandatory to change rubber? I think i could get away the first 2 stints on 1 set
It would be different if you only had a limited amount of tyres to use, but GT6 doesn't go that far so I guess they figure why save your tyres, just put a new set on - so they force this by not giving you the option (other than to choose what type of tyre you fit).
because tyre wear isnt bad, i could come in, 1 litre of fuel, and out, thats a major advantage but sadly can't do it now
He is talking in regards to being 2 mandatory stops. He reckons he could splash and dash to save time on one of the stops and still be fine with tires.
After 15 laps my front right was still on 8, all other 10 and was only losing 2-3 tenths a lap, but could save like 10-15 seconds in my pit stop
