No worries mate. I race bumper cam too and don't have enough buttons on my wheel to use the side-to-side either.
It wasn't that I had the racing line, just that I was alongside on the outside and you were moving over and left me nowhere to go but scrape the wall.
As I said, no harm done, didn't slow me down much.

i use bumber cam as well i always find it hard to judge where the front of my car is.
and stu here is ur tip. slow down in the middle. striaghten ur exit so u can plant the foot down and get maximum speed out of the corner. well now everyone can have that tip.and short shifting too especielly on corner exits where the back wants to step out i find if i chuck it up a gear it will stick to the road and i can get the car staight and the throttle down..ive been doing that all season on all tracks and its payed of for me.

No bigy flood much the same as you feel for Anon, i made a move and it didn't pay off cos of the line out of that corner, I got pushed a bit wide while powering on. Wasnt much contact at all just the fact i was powering on made it a bit of a moment for me and then the double whammy as i recovered and powered again another little tap. The incidents werent any thing untoward it was the consequence of my risky pass that made it a big moment for me was my point. You one of the cleanest racers ive seen had no contact from you before at all, and this was no real incident either.

Hey thanks for that carn, just a note Dutch finished 5th overall. You have darko and dutch both 10th for the round......dont want dutch to think he missed out. I'll fix it up latter anyway.

Thanks for looking out for me. Would have gotten here sooner but its been such a busy week and the whole reset password thing was too big of a detour for me. Anyway, i finally got in, love the new digs.....

My race wasnt too bad actually but i knew going in i just didnt have comparable pace again. R1 had a little bit of a tustle with Stumbles after he made an early mistake (after my early mistake) and we looked pretty even. Honestly i think im just the worst starter in this whole league! anyway, gave him an accidental tap coming into the busstop (i think) so I held back till he regrouped and it was back on. We took different lines into the hairpin so that led to an interesting straight and chicane for a couple of laps. Eventually made it through and after a few laps, i pretty much raced on my own till the end.

R2 was also good but i will be the first to acknowledge that it was a result of the great chicane calamity behind me. That gave me and tek breathing room and looked good for a couple laps. I really only had the one chance when he made a mistake at the chicane but my urgency to put the power down got me a bit untidy and the opportunity was lost. Its was funny actually when you are about 1.5-2 seconds behind a car, the big hovering name would totally obscure the distance markers coming down to the chicane and that messed with me every lap- i was kind of glad when tek got away from me as then i wouldnt risk completely missing the breaking point and head staight on into that damn chicane wall.

all up, i enjoyed the track more than i thought i would but it goes to show how important minimising mistakes is. definately need to get better at that, and not screw up in the first 2 laps....

Same with the race order on the righthand side of screen. I can see the worth of it online maybe, but in single player it is just a worthless list of random names. Stupid.

ok ive corrected wiki now, anons points wernt right.

Had a quick blat around Trial Mountain Reverse yesterday and found that the car wants to be airborne a bit. (I should be ok with that seeing as I work on Jets. lol) And the tunnel has no brake markers in it. 1.30 was initial pace but improvements will be found when I keep all 4 wheels on the ass-vault.
Bonus, I used your lounge cause I couldn't get into mine. $20 left on the coffee table. Ha

Yer I seen that Miki tar, bought some beers and did some laps with Neishy last night. Air born can throw ya off a bit and its a fine line between making it or not with speed through there. Ended up getting a 128.8 but was up half a second early then down .1 going into the last sector, don't know what i did in the middle there but 127's should be achievable by weeks end. So i guess that means FireWind will be in the 126's by then.

im not doing anything yet i havent touched gt5 since last race.

looks like i will be takeing a long brake after this season. not shure what the future holds for my at the moment. so after this season i will be on holidays from racing untill after xmass sometime. maybey, not shure, see what happens. i will finish this season with only 2 races left and hopefully come away with the championship.
this is a great league and use r all a great bunch of blokes its been fun racing with u all.

Don't think I'll be racing this week, wife just got tickets to medallion club for the footy and its Sunday afternoon.

i did a short practice session during the week couldnt get near the 29's. Certainly is trickier in reverse, cyas tonight.
