GT5 Labour Day Double Header With Super Touring Cars

If Nurburgring is the track im adding the Prius TC, i did some testing and even though it only has a max run in power of 245HP, the Superior power delivery of a CVT tranny means its times are very competitve, I managed a 1:35.2 with it after about 5 mins of set up work, also its Front wheel drive so its good to have a bit of drivetrain variety.

Yeah and the sexuality factor too

Especially when it overtakes you lol.

Even more so when it is Matte Pink like mine!

Would be curious to see who has the balls to run the Prius.
Or should I say doesnt have balls and runs the Prius.

wow lol, I wouldn't mind using it tbh as it feels really good handling wise, but forced Automatic feels weird.

Good for the environment my arse. The processes required to make one which include the batteries is far worse for the environment than your average cars emmisions over their lifetime. FFS the raw battery minerals travel half way around the world three times to be processed before they get to the car.

For the record, Prius uses lithium batteries not Nickel(although they are used in other Hybrids), Clarkson has no idea what hes talking about.

Track is Nurb GP/D which means ill add the Prius to the list, ill be testing the other cars during the week to make sure its close.

Oh and yes, I Decided I will use it for the lols.

The two races will consist of two 15 lap races, first race will be in fastest first order with 10 min Qualifying and second race will be in reverse grid order.

There will be two ways winners will be determined in this race, you will have an overall winner with the best aggregate result in the two races points will be awarded like F1 style, if tied it will then go by qualifying order in the first race.

The other Winner is for drivers who outperform there Division classing the most A.K.A who is seen to have punched above their weight the most.

Im getting rid of the prius, its too slow straight line wise and it compramises its ability to overtake too much.

Im going to add the Subaru Impreza rally car '03 and will have it listed as Prodrive, also the Mazda 6 is also getting removed as its far too slow, also will be adding the Alfa 155.

Ill do this when i get home.

Was getting the hang of the 6. . Means I will have to change. Will prob take the Alfa (I think I have it.) Will get back to you with a confirmation.

I mean you can use it if you want, but expect to be way off pace(im talking 3 seconds a lap).

The lexus IS200 I might replace with either the wedsport or the ISF RM at this point as that is also a bit uncompetitve.

All the other cars listed can get into the 1:33s

Its ok. IMO there is too many cars in the mix now anyway. Would be good if we could have two drivers per car like a teams event as well. Which would mean having only 6 cars. Dont see the need for multiple models of the same car I.E. Lancer and Impreza. If it were up to me I'd have the BMW, Impreza TC, HKS Evo, Alfa, and Wedsport.

Is the Lancer TC around the same pace, would prefer that over the HKS.

Your event your call just thought I'd add my two cents worth.

HKS is competitve, the Lancer TC is not( thats why i got the rally car which is), if we are going to go two people per car then we need as.many cars as possible as 5 wouldn't cover the amount signed up.
