First lap ran into @agolfer78 as he spun out in front of me and had nowhere to go except spearing into him. Pulled over to wait for him. Second lap almost had an identical accident at the same corner but luckily I was able to swerve right and just miss him. On the 7th lap, not sure what happened, but my screen showed me in 8th after the above 2 disappeared, then something happened and suddenly I was in 6th and @garyw61 was a few seconds behind me. I KNOW I didn't over take anyone after the 3rd or 4th lap, and there was NO ONE off to the side of the road, so I have no idea what happened to bump me up to 6th and @garyw61 suddenly behind me.
Well, that was just terrible on my behalf. Turns out my ffb setting had reverted to standard and was just not on the ball. Well done @beakeroo on a great win. I saw you on the track, just not how would have liked it.
Hard luck mate, were you one of the backmarkers I passed? I thought you'd have been there or thereabouts tbh after practice earlier in the week.

Cheers mate, just looked at D1 times and I'd have been half a second behind 3rd place with that time Ran 54's on most of the laps, really happy with that.
You came behind someone who had a spin, jump start penalty and had to pit for tyres, you want to be jumped up to Div 1?
Good job beaker. Was some interesting comparisons in the top 3 divs. I had a qual time that would have put me 4th I think in div 1 with a 53.3, yet only had to run low 54s to win the race.
Oh hey there tiger... like beaker said, he finished "his" race just half a second behind third place DIV1. If you happened to spin, get a penalty AND pitt then "your" race is still what you finished. I may be reading this wrong but I got the wrong impression when I read your replay to him, is this just because you were the third place DIV1 driver?? Great race pace beaker

Wow this really shows how far off I was. My best was 2 seconds off the next slowest... I straight away did the ffb settings last night and saved them. Hope to be more competitive at next round.
Keep at it mate. There's a great bunch of blokes here to give you a helping hand. That fastest lap of mine is the only lap I got into the 54's. My normal pace was around 55/56, which was surprising since I was struggling to get into the 57's during that one night I jumped on during the week. For the guys that didn't pit, how were your tyres towards the end? Even on fresh tyres I wasn't putting much dent into the gaps.
I ended up on 49% on FL, 55% on front right. I was actually a bit faster through the week (getting flat 54's/late 53's) but was down to 50% by lap 12-13. Ended up using a slower but safer tune that didn't scrub the FL and worked on not scrubbing the fronts on a few of the longer turns for the last couple of sessions I was on.
