Phew great race great battles no spins (close calls) Got her home in 7th which was a farkin great result for me I am sweating, dehydrated bla bla, It was crazy I ran out of fuel on lap 27 so I drove her in and topped her up with 25 litres and um came home 7th behind Oblisc and WTF_MAN so i never lost out I was losing ground because my mediums were on 7's and Oblisc would have passed me anyway so no loss no gain I am happy with the result and Serge came home 2nd great result. Im not finding it hard in div 3 its just I don't quite get the car yet
Ran off on the meds and lost all rhythm, came home 5th, would have had a chance at podium if I hadn't gone off. Still, better than nothing I spose.
Came in 2nd, which was a great result considering I had an off during the first few laps. Aussie was fast and consistent, got pole an brought her home. Had a great battle with Gary for third place and managed to overtake thanks to a small mistake on the last turn, where he lost traction. Had a close call in the lap before last while running second, where my screen went all black and thought I got disconnected, lasted a couple of secs but enough to lose the advantage I had on Blindman (braking reflex ), so had to be real fat in the last lap to save my second position Silver stone will be hard, don't know the track and will have to learn it real fast.
Came home with a second place in div 6. Pretty happy with that, my first ( and probably my last) podium in ROOZ. Its a pity I suck on mediums even more than I do on softs!
Div 1 was riddled with issues. started really late. Couldn't see everyone, Mister Bond included. Got fired wide at turn 1 lap 1. Worse was the fact that with all the room resets and rejoins, I missed the fact that the game had started me on mediums. Ran long and slowly dropped positions until I dived in on lap 16. From there it was a sprint home, and I was on a charge on the softs. Got gifted one spot just before the pit stop and then chased down two more to come home fifth overall and second in class B. Looking back, I may have been better off pitting a lap or two earlier, but oh well. what's done is done.
Sorry guys let you down tonight. Had good pace, was in 5th, got tapped in the corkscrew 1st lap, sent me off, dead last. Stuffed pit strat. Coudnt see TB on the track. Had to keep passing slower cars. What else can I say? I'd love to pretend it never happened lol if you don't laugh you cry. Hate Laguna Now. Cant wait till next week. What tracl we at?
