GT5 World tour series to fill gap after Season 11

Pretty disappointed with my results so far. I seem to have good pace initially then it all goes pear-shaped. I think the pressure of trying to run with the higher div guys is bringing me undone. How the bloody hell are they going so much faster?!? Well done to the podium places. See how we go next week.

A great night of racing with some really excellent drivers. Mustafur and Zamps closed out the two top steps of the podiums but the third step was
hotly contested. Anon stood there twice but Div 2 guy Joe snatched the last one (well done Joe).
I qualified 5th in the Monaro for Deep Forest and held on in a torrid battle to run third over the second lap. Mustafur was proving Commodores
are better than Monaros by pulling away but there was a brawling battle going on for second. Those first two laps were fantastic. I was running third towards the end of lap 2 when I misjudged the apex on the fast corner leading onto the pit straight and ran onto the grass to start the mother and father of spins down the straight. I recovered to be still holding 5th with about a 12 second gap to the front runners and a gap back to Ad2 and Joe who both started to reel me in. Ad2 had a spin coming down the hill to the last corner which freed Joe to rapidly close on me. He caught and passed me on lap ?? but then ran wide on the double left hander over the back of the circuit which let me up the inside and he then spun, From there on I ran alone to 4th place at the flag (1st in Div 2, yay). Mustafur took what looked like an easy victory from Zamps and Anon. Joe pulled up short of the finish line so he would start on pole for the Suzuka race.

I started 6th on the reverse grid at Suzuka and got through to lead by the end of lap 1. I had Zamps chasing me and I held him at bay til he pitted at the end of lap 3. I had a small lead when I pitted at the end of lap 4 but Zamps' undercut worked as he passed me as I left the pit lane. I immediately spun at turn one but recovered quickly (no sand) to lead mustafur until the denger curves. . Mus was probing to pass and I zigged when I should have zagged coming out of the first denger and ran straight into the sand at the second. (this is getting to be a bloody horrible habit!!!). I crawled back on track back in 8th and closed up to watch N64 and Ad2 having a terrific battle for 6th. Eventually Ad2 spun at spoon and I was then able to close up on N64. I couldn't quite get to him and he led
me across the line by .135 to take 6th and I ran in 7th. I squandered a good result there. Zamps and Mustafur romped away to take first and second
in Div 1 with Joe topping Div2 and Bj took Div3 despite his disconnect..
Fuji was a very eventful race for just about everybody as we wrestled with the slippery LFA. I started 2nd on the reversed grid and took the lead from AD2 at turn 1. I raced wheel to wheel with Zamps for a couple of laps until he slowly pulled clear. Joe closed on me as we headed for the pits at the end of lap 5 but when we left he braked too late for turn one and let me off the hook. I then had a battle with N64 for the rest of the race unti the last half lap which got very exciting as Joe managed to pass N64 and I when we made mistakes (me at the chicane and N64 at the next corner) and Anon closed as we all flung ourselves at the finish line. There was less than 2 secs between the four of us at the flag.

Next week we go to the US to run a Mustang at Laguna Seca, a Comaro at Daytona road course and a Viper at the mighty Indy oval. It should be
another good night of racing and those that missed week one should make sure they get there and be part of it. Aza, sparkles and Mid have a
challende on their hands catching Bj in the points now. There are still 9 races left so it can be done.

I was looking forward to your photo report Ad, there must be some exciting action shots in that lot LOL.

It was great to have you aboard, I just hope more of the Div3 guys show up next week to liven the action.

replace ' with [ or ]

That's how we do the GTLOZ Sunday League Ladder. Line spacing stays the same regardless of character width so you can line up figures in columns easier. You just have to count characters (including spaces) as you go along and make each row the same. e.g. There's 16 characters from the start of the drivers name to the : in each row.

EDIT - I've done the 'Outright' table for you as an example. Now just use the 'insert' button on your key board when you type in it. To update the others, it's probably easier if you copy and paste rows out of the one I've already done, and edit with the 'insert' button again if required.

Thanks, I was hoping I could just paste from notepad or XL. I have straightened the rest of table and will copy paste it from now on.

I hope so, I haven't done much practice with the USA cars, maybe tonight if I can get clear.

Hey Emmo. Feel free to say "sod off", but last week was a good way for us to test the LFA as a season car (personally, I think it may be a bit of a handful - fast, but takes a while to master). There is another possible season car I'd like to test a bit more, the 2014 Stingray. Was wondering if we could maybe swap it into the comp instead of the SS? As I said, don't feel obliged, I understand a lot of you guys have already run in cars, so feel free to say no.
