Wow 3 races takes a long time to review. This will probably fill a whole page lol DEEP FOREST Qualified 6th and got a good run down to the first corner. Kept it nice and tight to stop anyone trying an inside move, and as I started to drift out to the racing line on exit, I found TTR_joe90 on my outside and got past me with a good run up the hill. Coming into the double lefts before the back straight there was plenty of dust and smoke ahead but no spins and Mustafur was already starting to pull away. Anon666 getting it nice and sideways Come right up onto TTR_joe90's rear quarter coming into the left hander end of back straight and as he started to come across he clipped me and I was sent careening into the outside wall. Not his fault, should not have been there on cold tyres first lap, should have just slotted in behind but anyway. Zampli with emmo46 just ahead, N64TheStig007 on the grass and Anon666 about to make an unscheduled pitstop Unfortunately, TTR_joe90 ruined his race by waiting for me thinking he'd done wrong. We passed each other on the main straight just as we passed Anon666 in the pits and the main pack was already around the first hairpin and halfway up the hill. We passed bjh1012 as he spun out exiting the double lefts onto the back straight and then I caught sight of emmo46 as he recovered from his incident onto the main straight end of lap 2. We continued like that until all 3 of us pitted end of lap 6 and with only tyres getting changed we all exited exactly the same as we entered save for Anon666 passing us. Caught a bit of emmo46's slipstream on the back straight and then outbraked myself a little at the end putting two wheels onto the grass on the outside which started a fishtail I could not recover and ended up t-boning the outside barrier letting TTR_joe90 and emmo46 get away. Anon666 and N64TheStig007 battling it out End of lap 8 had another spin onto the main straight on dirty tyres, and for the rest of the race just kept making little mistakes here and there till the final straight I passed TTR_joe90 parked on the main straight. Very disappointing 7th place. TTR_joe90's last lap maneuver on OverDrivve (did not end well) SUZUKA TTR_joe90, N64TheStig007, me, emmo46, bjh1012, Anon666, Mustafur, OverDrivve and Zampli These little Integras, IMO, sounded awesome. They weren't particularly fast, and they were very unforgiving if you put a wheel on the grass while turning, but they responded well to my driving inputs. With reverse grid I started 3rd behind bjh1012 and TTR_joe90. I managed to outrun bjh1012 into the first corner and he gave me a little tap in the rear quarter as I turned in but the car righted itself as N64TheStig007 came blasting through on the inside. I held a tighter line and got the power on a little earlier as N64TheStig007 ran to the outside carrying his late braking entry speed but he had the inside line for the next corner so I had to back off. I was a little intrigued with his driving style as I followed for a bit, seeming to almost drift around the corners with very aggressive steering inputs (possibly a little lag?) If I tried to drive like that I'd be in the fence every corner. At turn 9 he outbraked himself and ran wide into the sandtrap and as I passed him emmo46 appeared up my inside and got past. TTR_joe90 ran wide at the hairpin and at turn 13 I had Mustafur and Zampli looking for a way past. I tried an outbrake on emmo46 into Casio Triangle but ran in too deep and grabbed a little handbrake to avoid the sand, letting Mustafur, Zampli and N64TheStig007 past and TTR_joe90 right on my tail. Mustafur giving it a little hanbrake in front of Zampli and N64TheStig007 TTR_joe90 followed me around and tried a pass into the hairpin but I held him off but unfortunately I ran wide at Spoon Curve and by the time I'd recovered I'd lost another 3 places putting me into 8th. Passed Anon666 at turn 9 as he rejoined from the sandtrap lap 3 for 7th and then Zampli as he pitted end of the lap and into 6th. Mustafur, N64TheStig007, OverDrivve, TTR_joe90 and Anon666 Nearly everyone else pitted end of lap 4. Zampli passed everyone as they pitted and emmo46 as he exited. bjh1012 and Anon666 passed me as I exited the pits putting me into 9th. Repassed bjh1012 as when he ran off the track at turn 5 and then emmo46 as he dragged himself out of the sand at turn 9. I could see the battle ahead for 3rd about 3 seconds ahead but could not make any ground on OverDrivve, TTR_joe90, Anon666 and N64TheStig007 until on lap 7 N64TheStig007 ran wide at turn 9 and I closed right up at the hairpin. Got an awesome drive out and got past early but then outbraked myself into Spoon Curve, put 2 wheels in the sand and fishtailed first into N64TheStig007 then off the track letting emmo46 past and putting me into last which is where I finished the race. TTR_joe90 and Anon666 in a braking duel FUJI SPEEDWAY F I'm not sure what to say about the LFA. Powerful, but I think it needs softer tyres to unlock its full potential. Started on pole but got a small jumpstart penalty which allowed N64TheStig007 and emmo46 alongside and with my overly cautious braking, Mustafur and Zampli got past too. Unfortunately for N64TheStig007, he got a penalty for 'looking' at the outside rumblestrip and fell back behind me. Anon666 was paying close attention to my rear bumper until he ran wide at 100R and fell back. Meanwhile up ahead emmo46 was under attack from Mustafur and Zampli and was passed around 300R, where I ran a little wide onto the thin grass with OverDrivve following but I managed to recover back onto the track. OverDrivve had a moment behind me and dropped back 2 places at 13 and Netz. emmo46 got a little sideways out of Panasonic allowing me to get alongside and pass at turn 1, with N64TheStig007 roaring in and ghosting through us but recovering and slotted in behind TTR_joe90. emmo46 squeezed past me again at Panasonic which slowed us both enough for N64TheStig007 to have a good run at us but got another penalty as he ran little too wide exiting Panasonic and dropped off again. TTR_joe90 got a good run down the main straight and passed me in emmo46's tow, then made a huge lunge at emmo46 and somehow held onto it and gained the position, then ran too hot into Coca Cola letting emmo46 back past and recovering from his penalty rejoined the track just ahead of me. I readjusted my line slightly to go around the outside but got too excited and carried too much speed and ran off the outside at 100R, and while trying unsuccessfully to rejoin a couple of times, I ended up rejoining too close to the short straight after 100R and got a penalty. I now had N64TheStig007 and OverDrivve pushing me around 300R and copped a little nudge from N64TheStig007 pushing me into Dunlop. He got a much better line into 11 and 12 and got past around the outside. OverDrivve tried to pass me into turn 13 as I was turning in and clipped my rear quarter pushing me into a spin. He kept driving like nothing had happened and now that I was last I decided to pit but messed up my pit entry and spent about 5 seconds righting myself again. emmo46 and TTR_joe90 had some good dices early. OverDrivve getting a bit loose chasing Anon666 N64TheStig007 making the LFA as wide as possible with emmo46 in pursuit. After my pitstop I didn't see anyone else until lap 10 when OverDrivve finally decided to accept his penalty for spinning me and let me past, and I finished the race in 7th. I wish he had done that sooner as I believe we would have been able to slipstream each other back up to at least the middle of the pack instead of the in last 2 positions the full length of the straight behind the others. Zampli celebrating 2nd Mustafur won by a large margin Disappointing results for me overall but still had some good races. Looking forward to Sunday where I can hopefully improve.
I have given Zamps a SEAT and anon has shown me the rear end of his in a practice run so it is only Aza2676, sparklehead83, midron18, and TTR_joe90 that I need to confirm whether they already have or need one.

Yes E..i need a SEAT! - thanks for that mate. @ Ad2mny - great work on the write up dude, as for you ruining my race, i would sooner pull over and wait for someone who i may have tagged ..nothing worse than screwing up the first lap in a race then running alone (i know how to do that!) Was some pretty good fun to be had - Mus just too good on the night.(actual most nights!) Cars were great - Loved the Monaro..Honda was surprisingly great racing and that LFA is a beast!! - nice Emmo!
Are you still having a prac session in-between races? Just a reminder I'll be late tonight, might B-spec a Viper for Indy, might need the extra HP round there.
Yeah about 10- 15 mins between races to get familiar with car and track. Power will be a must a indy.
Gutted!! Got thrown out of the room during quali and then the game just froze on me - can't remember it ever doing that before.
So sorry to hear that Joe, we waited an extra 10 mins for race start hoping you could get back but had to eventually press on. I was hoping you could get back in by for the 2nd and 3rd races but sadly you couldn't. I hope you have better fortune next week.
Another exciting night of racing for me, I had a good run to 4th in race one. Just like race 2 last week I led early in race two this week and came unstuck at the chicane made it worse by later crashing into my buddy S_Close and ruining both our races, so so sorry Serg. Like race two last week I finished 7th in race two this week. Race three at Indy was a cracker, I got to the lead amongst a snarling pack only to be turned around into the pit wall as we finished lap three. The resulting mayhem put me back to 7th and destroyed S_Close's race as well as delay a few others. Zamps and Anon got through the mess OK to run off into the distance for a hard fought 1 2 finish. I managed to catch Ad and N64 to have a real hard fought battle to finish 4th. Poor Ad2 came unstuck on the last lap to fall right back. More details to come once I review the race to get my facts right.

This week end (28th July) is week 3 - Europe west UK - London - Lotus Elise 111R '04 20 laps - Sports Soft France - Le Mans 2005 - GT by Citroen 5 laps - Sports Soft Spain - Madrid - SEAT Cupra -(from the UCD) - 11 laps - Sports soft Does anyone still need a SEAT??. (sparklehead??) I am assuming now that Aza and Mid are probably not going to be involved. Also I have discovered you can't gift the Citroen GT, it is $2m in the new car dealers, has everyone got one??

Don't you have any b spec drivers Serg? They are real handy for this sort of thing. Create a couple (you'll need at least 4 for enduros) and share them and I'll run them in some races to get their levels up, as I'm sure some other people will too. The best part about running the cars in is you just start the race and walk away. They don't have to win, just do the k's.
