Sorry guys for the extreme late notice, but I'll be withdrawing from Div 1. My times re 3.5 seconds slower than the div 3 drivers, which isnt deserving of a div 1 drive. There is no point turning up every Sunday to get in the way of everyone so best option is to put someone who can actually drive into div 1.
D Don't measure yourself on this track mate, I'm right with the pace in div3 but here I'm way off. It is just a difficult track to master.
You might be having the same problem as I do. Car feels right at one point so good I could give Dan and Mus a run for there money, then some other times im 2 seconds off but always seems to come right at race time. Sort of a glitch within practice lobbys
Thats just on one day. fasted lap times mean f--- all if you are in front. you control the race pace takes a lot to pass a car with elbow's out you will be right mate
@vh_mik I urge you to reconsider, just recently you put the clio on 2nd place and you can't just loose that much pace. Firstly make sure your on the right track, were racing on the shorter version. Also try fiddling with the steering sensitivity and brake bias as well. It's been a long break and I'm pumped to start racing again, so who's gonna be hosting tonight ?
You'll be fine Mik, just need to get into it and you'll find some pace. Personally I can't get the Macca to work for me either. Old man reflexes aren't sharp enough, but I'm gonna give it a go anyway. So, are we with Mus or Cyber tonight??

My strategy was to be consistent and not make big mistakes. work well ecept for one spin when catching Zampi. 2 mistakes all race one the spin and 2 exiting to pit lane at the end of qualy while in the chat menu. Started from 10th ended up 6th what could have been
Musta got Pole and Warrior FL. Another season, another dominant win by Warrior. I ended up embroiled in a tough pack at the start and had a few little half spins and dropped back. Thankfully, a few guys fell off the track and I keep on trucking for a lucky 4th. Good race with Z, few seconds between us for about 20 laps. See you all next week.
Sorry guys, PD didn't let me type anything after the race What a start to the season. Was really happy with qualifying 3rd. Got a great start and was able to jump warrior into the 1st corner. Then a spin from Mustafur placed me leading the div 1 pack. I tried to push early to get away but i paid the price as my tyres got chewed up. As a result, warrior caught and passed me with little effort. From then I just tried to conserve my front tyres right to the end to finish 2nd Wow warrior, just incredible pace and congrats on a dominant win congrats to Mustafur for holding on to 3rd since the macca bit you a few times. Great race tonight, love this thing, closest thing to season 9 gtrs (in a way). Feels very instinctive to drive, something I couldn't find last season. Can't wait for next week, Laguna was the first track I took this on when I thought it might be alright for a season.
I think on lap 27. I may have turned in on stig-13 as we went into the first turn thought I was far enough ahead of him entering the corner. But turned in and he was there, sorry about that
