Damn, how do you get the focus purely on the car and not the background? I've been trying to get that effect but I can't work out how? Cheers mate
Lower the focal length (usually around 4.0 or under works well), auto focus on the car by aiming at it and pressing square, i usually aim at the point of the car that is closest to the camera then aim the camera elsewhere to get the photo you want, and shoot.
Hmmm... I tend to set the focal length higher... My 2 years of photography escaped me all this time! (massive facepalm) Cheers mate

And to really throw it out of focus get further away and then zoom right in whilst also using a wide aperture.... Eg. F2.8 or so just play around with the family stop until you get the background how you want it
