GT6 [Completed] Throwback Series - The Rejects

A while back @N64TheStig007 created the successful "Throwback World Domination" series, incorporating cars and tracks from previous seasons. Well, I thought to myself, "what if we could do something similar, but with cars that didn't make the cut in the poll, to see what it could have been like if we picked those cars instead?" I hope this gives the "rejects" a chance to shine in the limelight.



Details

• Series will be chronological (newest season first)
• Two rounds per week, 20 minutes per race
• Tracks will be selected from the corresponding season's track list
• There is a drop round
• Tuning prohibited
• 1-lap qualifying for the first round, the following round will be reverse grid, while the first round of each successive week will be reverse grid based on championship positions
• Tire regulations: racing softs for race cars, sports softs for road cars (except RH for Red Bull Jr), wear at normal
• Room settings per Sunday League
• Start time: 8:30 AEDT

Season 13 had no reject as it was decided that the runner up in the S12 poll would be the elected car unopposed for S13.

I'm currently thinking sometime mid-week or Saturday, hopefully starting sometime in October or November.

I thought so too, but the Aston sneaked ahead in the dying hours of the poll.

Since that poll was so close, I could include the BMW M3 in this series as well.

GT5 Season 11 could be the Nissan Silvia Touring Car or the Lexus ISF Race Car

Season 10 would be the Gran Turismo 350Z RS.
