I did give you a push when you came back on track out of T1 and I reckon that was when you had the penalty cause I had no where to go, and you were moving slow, so I just helped get you going again.
I retired to pits before quitting, is that a good way to quit out? if I hadn't gotten stuck at the pits, I would have easily kept you behind me beaks If I encounter another pit bug, I'm pulling out of this one. I never trusted the pit stops with this game and when 4 of us experienced this last night only reaffirmed it for me. Really dissapointed they still haven't sorted out the pit bugs after 5 major patches. It's highly frustrating to experience that in the middle of a 1.5hr race, so if it continues to happen then I won't feel much motivation to continue, I have better things to do than to be stuck in the pits . The alternative would be to shorten the races so pit stops are not required, but that wouldn't be my call.
Yes, totally frustrating, disappointed, and mildly upset. Put in a lot of laps during practice with nothing to show.
Haha, only if a couple more walls popped up mate You did make me work to get past you though I'll give you that. My race strategy was to have a faster second half tbh. I started out with 120l fuel on board and stopped on l26 and only needed to top up 40l more which meant a really sorry pit stop and then a light load with new tyres. I was pulling consistent 144.0xx for a while after but started Sunday driving when Ads was a minute ahead of me and Peuty was over 2 minutes behind me. It's a strange race though when 3rd place laps 4th place twice lol. I didn't realise that pit stops caused so much trouble on this game. Is it really a regular thing? If so I completely agree, shorten the races.
Yeah, if the issues continue I would vote for shorter races or 2 x sprint races per week. Or is it possible to change the fuel burn/tyre wear rate to suit the current length races?
Actually you could turn tyre wear down but it does make you have to consider your driving style. Some drivers are good at a hot lap but can't do those kind of times consistently because drifting isn't racing.
@garyw61 @Ad2mny @beakeroo @Peuty Just so that you guys are aware ... You will be awarded points from the chart below relative to your position on the championship table. 5th place will not take any penalty this week as they were awarded the same points due to the glitch.

That may be part of the problem, but probably not the whole of it. I was present for the entire race in one of the first season's race and I was ghosted in someone's replay.
