I'm happy to give the hosting a go @Ad2mny. Still a bit of a noob at it, but if you could point me to settings or send a screenshot I will give it a bash.

Maybe do tests during the week to see different peoples connections and see if pit glitches are still there.

Can't see how changing host would do much.
Ad2 hosted the second race and there was no pit glitch then.

Its strange how you guys are having problems , touch wood , I haven't had the pit issues yet but and hit the invisible wall twice since I have been on the game and I have have done over 200 hours on it . In silver we haven't had a issue at all ( my only issue is the Z4 ) lol . If any body doesn't like it there is always GT6 to go back to . Thats the only options out there ATM.
The choice is yours .

Is anyone making changes to the strat whilst going through pit lane ? Could that be an issue I wonder

I was thinking about that last night. I went through the pit strategy again cause it popped up, made sure everything was in order then clicked save....that could have been the trigger cause after that i did not hear the tyres being changed and was dead in the pits....What did the others do?

Mine was all pre done so when entering pits just hit close. Have done that all the time and never had issues until last night.

We don't have a problem so its something to do with the rolling start and the room settings in your room . We don't do a pre program rolling start we do a formation lap of a standing start . I think this is the problem

Last night around lap 32, I don't think changing to the hard copy will change much as it is an issue across all platforms and versions of the game, be it PC, XBOX or ps4, but at this stage I'm willing to give anything a go. Luckily last night it didn't ruin anything too much as I had a big gap to the guy behind, but it did ruin a possibly exciting finish as I was getting closer to the 3 guys in a group in front of me when it happened.

Yes, I have done that many times over practice with no issues as well.
