    No your not wrong, i'm just saying that there shouldn't be a Borderline/Purposeful section. It should be just borderline for that penalty set. All purposeful incidents should be treated as heavily as possible in my mind.

    borderline means between accidental and purposeful, which is how it has been written.

    I'm just debating this, not arguing :p Open to ideas on the matter. I just think that having Borderline/Purposeful leads to possible Grey Area's in the penalty system which i would like to see eradicated.

    how will the mods tell the intent of the racer or do they expect the person to come clean when confronted with the protest?
    convo such as
    mod : xxx you're being penalised such and such for purposeful contact in race blah
