Yeah but there wasn't a wall there was there @Zharvs92, that's why there is such things as track limits, and when you cross those limits and gain an advantage you are given 2x warning and then a 3s penalty, not just a 10s penalty for something worthy of a warning, like i said, i gained no time and did not deserve that, how is this fair when the car in-front of me cut the exit of Copse at least 5 times during the race and gets nothing yet i cross a line sideways gaining no time and i get 10s, what a load of crap.

Obviously i know there aint a wall there. no need to get defensive, and dont patronise me. at the end of the day, this issue was discussed, quite publicly, and the rule was put in place.

Just trying to make a point, if everyone else disagrees that's fine and I'm not gonna whinge about it every round unlike a few others lol. All things aside nothing was worse than Baku and Canada so i won't complain any more. The racing last night was awesome, and I guess a good result is just a bonus.

If you are behind someone who has a penalty which will be applied post race, your engineer can tell you not to worry about trying to pass the guy ahead as he has a penalty.
If this penalty is then removed by us, the driver who could've challenged and attempted a pass, cannot go back and now try.
This is just one example of why we are not removing in-game penalties.

Codemasters obviously need an update. 10 seconds.... max verstapen went off the track and only got 5 seconds. Geez lift your game codies.

Would love to know what you disagreed with there. From what i just read the way @Hatfield wrote it made complete sense removing in game penalties would become a nightmare for all involved. Look i'm not sure why you got a 10 second penalty, The corner you mention i never got a single warning from. As frustrating as it would be (trust me i'd be pissed off as well in your case) we know the F1 games are notorious for having the inaccurate penalty system in play but sometimes you just have to move on and live to fight another day.
