Congrats to the podium tonight. Now disconnected twice in 5 or 6 months and both times in solid positions. If I can't get my connection issues on Sunday nights sorted, I think I'll give it a miss for the rest of the season because hours of practice through the week just for the connection to itself on Sunday's is becoming a lot hard to take!!!
Watto, all I can say is. I know how you feel. For nearly 10 straight seasons I had connection issues and finished maybe 25% of all those races. Still kept coming though!! Hopefully it should all sort itself out for you by next week mate.
I know the pain it was the reason i quit online racing 2 years ago due to the connection issue i had it just happens sadly
Ah yes, forgot about that, thanks mate. Yea blacko was like 12 laps down and BMW dc'd on second last lap. Watto dc'd before Blacko parked it.

If you got an old PC lying around try building one of these. I've been using one for around 7 months and only have problems when the entire room has gone bad.
Cheers for the link BMX but I might as well have started watching a tutorial in Spanish To say I'm a Non-Tech savvy person is a massive understatement!!! I'm going to have a chat to someone tomorrow to see if I can improve the connection with a different router or something. Frustrating part is I don't have a problem all week when there up to 7 or 8 in a room but on Sunday nights when there's 10+, that's when the issue hits.
All good. It's a cheap solution that worked for me and cost all of $15. Only other thing i can think of is run it direct off the modem for the races without the router.
Also a question for the admins. Can we run mixed compounds in the races since we get one "set" of soft tyres? as in run softs at one end of the car twice? Just making sure before I run them and possibly find myself disqualified.
