    Edit: Fuji might be interesting for the overall points being a sprint round, a reverse grid ;)

    Well, the first race was pretty uneventful for me. I started on pole but out of the first corner I was back in to 2nd behind Quad with jas right near me. About 2/3rd through the lap I had my chance to pass Quad and didn't look back for the rest of the race with a comfortable 20s win.

    Race two was a lot tighter overall due to the reverse grid format. Started in last but was up to 3rd out of the first corner. Hd a couple of bumps with jas and got away from the pack but still behind Clevo. I eventually caught and passed him on the main straight though. Most of the race went to plan but in the last two laps my tyres just seemed to suddenly go. Butters, who had been sitting about 5.5s behind for most of the race. Started to make in roads. I almost binned it going in to a corner which allowed him to close the gap to less than 2s with only 2 laps to go. Butters stuck to my tail all the way. Up to the end where he was behind me by about 1s, but on the entry to the main straight it appears he binned it so my win ended up being a comfortable margin.

    Well done to the podiums in each race and well done everyone else on the minor placings :)

    if you abit confused about your placing this rule/s has come into effect.


    Sprint round points are awarded as normal for overall round position standings. Position standings are calculated using regular points for Race 1 plus half points for Race 2 (reverse grid).


    Ties resolved by highest single finishing position (or number of) then fastest lap standing.

    So Dave's 5th and 4th Beats Jas's 4th 6th

    hey oz yeah i think i am ment to b on 31 points by my calcs as i got 18 in round 2 for my second place and 8 for first sprint race and then 5 for the second sprint race thats 31 in the old money mate lol

    In the sprint races, both points are calculated to award overall standings. So even though you totalled 13 points for both sprints, thats just to work out your overall position at the end of the race and then normal points awarded.

    EDIT: And dont forget the half-points for second race thing either

    As per Col's question on the shoutbox who would like to race on Sunday or stay in line with the rest of the league?

    We can have our break when they are doing their race.

    I personally would like to keep with the race calendar as is.
