The last couple of seasons, the track has been started at a high percentage of water on the track but no rain, with weather changeability at 0%. As the race wears on the track dries until near the middle of the race it is still wet but safe to put dry tyres on, although the camaro will still be a handful even at 15% moisture on dry tyres i'd guess lol.
ahhh of course! so then it becomes a battle of wits ie when is the best time to put the slicks on, and how can i minimise time lost in the pits due to pit lane traffic
If you're driving, it takes at least 2.5 hours just to get off the island, which will put you in the vicinity of 7.30-8pm if you stay for the podium. Then however long to get home, me 2-3 hours to Ballarat. On a bike might be different but you can't fit 5 people lol so car for me
Sounds like you guys are pretty well sorted for sunday.... Can i still suggest though that the room be set up as a public lobby so anyone who has missed the whole friend list thing can still get in for the first week. Cheers guys
