I've just installed a new modem to see if it helps with connection issues, going to open a room now if anyone is interested for a test run
New modem seems to have done the trick, I hosted a room for around 2.5 hours, with 2 others and was trouble free, didn;t get round to testing my ability to join somone elses room though.. For those interested modem is Draytek 2710, not cheap, $210 but did the trick so far didn;t even have to port forward just enable UPNP
Are you using hard wired or wireless? Plus sorry I didn't make it, had kids to deal with and some jobs I had promised the wife, all added up to a late one for me
Ad2mny has put the call out for race reporters to submit some pics and a basic run down of the race events for each week. Obviously he can't be in all rooms, and every little bit helps. Doesn't have to be an essay just a summary of the race and 4-6 pics. Another suggestion could be to make a roster and 7 of you guys take turns submitting the story and pics. 1 night a season shouldn't be too much to ask for to help a guy out who sits up till "god knows what time" making sure he gets you the news out on time. mmay I suggest we all post our PSN ID's here so we can all make sure we are each others friends on PSN, I tried from the first post driver list on this thread but some of them are not exactly the psn id mine is motho
Good idea Motho! The last thing you want is for drivers to turn up on Sunday just before the race and start adding/sending friend requests - or else everyone will need to restart their consoles to avoid any issues in your Div 6 Lobby. I'd suggest everyone send their friend requests by Friday evening and if possible everyone arrive a little early on Sunday night to get into the room lobby and make sure all drivers can enter the room AND see all other drivers on-track....before qualifying occurs. Otherwise you're all in for a frustrating round....
