    Umm what race teams use ABS and TC? personally I've never seen it cept for F1 for a season or two. anyways great comp thanks Castro for getting this happening, seems GTLeagueOZ is turning into a full scale production, I can see exponential growth after this I just hope we can support it.

    Just a query Boys, as Nur has alot of concrete on edge of rumble strips (which is most certainly fastest way through many turns here, is that considered part of rumble strip or is that deemed "Green" like astro turf on some circuits.....

    The concrete on edge of rumble strips are considered part of the track... the grass is NOT. They are absolutely the quickest line through most corners.

    I assumed the car has only 1 wheel on the track, therefore illegal. But if that is allowed I'll be able to beat my 6:28:2 :D

    Edit. Done on Race softs before the tyre choice was clarified. And edge grip wasn't set.

    As there is only 1 wheel on-track, that pic is actually illegal as per the rule (i) 2 wheels are to remain within the track or inline (if airborne) with the track. Keep it off the grass and you should be fine.

    It's certainly a challenge getting a fully worked 458 around there cleanly... But lots of fun trying. Only done 3 laps so far.. and only 1 of them clean (and my 4th is dirty already)...lol

    Off to the workshop to fine-tune this wonderful beast.

    Enjoy the laps boys, I certainly will.

    lol MONSTAR, i had a feeling you might have signed up for this somehow, ill join in too..

    hello everyone, im new to the forum, and ive signed up to give this a go aswell :D. ive been trying to get a frame built so i can start using my fanatec wheel set i bought late last year, but nothings happened with that haha. because the winning prize is a professional, cool frame setup, and not an amateur thing like i wanted built, im gonna give it a try and see how i do. i wont be trying full on like Fryz though lol. i dont think anyone in this league/forum knows me except for beau who ive met before, but im one of Small_Fryz's friends and was asked by him to join the current season 4 racing you's have on here through a friend. i couldve joined, and still could, but i just dont think i am able to do it on the nights you's race, sounds pretty cool though

    Also i have a couple of questions:
    Who pays the freight of delivery?
    Where are the terms and conditions? if any.
    Does the GTxtreme V2 Simulator comes with a steering wheel set? If so which type?

    I dont know the answer to all of those questions monstar but i know there is no sterring wheel, it is purely the cockpit.

    i think there will be some discounts set up soon to buy a wheel through pagnian.

    Well make sure you have Skid Recovery Off. It makes a difference to the cars handling and while you can lap faster with it on, it will only make you look like a moron when you have the actual race in a lobby with Skid Recovery Banned.

    I have a 6'12.668 after some laps. First goal is to run sub 6'10 then see what happens then.

    There aren't any really, apart from the rules listed on the promotion for the comp. Set a hot lap (no limit on entries, if you get bumped out of the top 10, try again and get back in there), then if you are successful in staying in the top 10, you will go into an online race hosted by GT League OZ with the other 9 top hot-lappers with the winner of that race taking home the brilliant prize of the V2 Simulator... With thanks again to Pagnian Imports for supply said brilliant prize :)

    Pies has already answered, but the prize consists of the V2 simulator... So the cockpit only. The wheel and pedals can be purchased separately.

    Don't be sorry, the only silly question is the one you "DON'T" ask.

    No frieght of course the whole simulator delivered to the lucky winner

    Im starting to get some times in now which is great :D

    No terms and conditions apart from whats already been discussed in the first post.

    Gtxtreme is the simulator, no steering wheel, the sim is worth $650 on its own thats why this is a big deal.
