Thrustmaster support confirmed for project cars on ps4 there are no other brands listed yet but apparently the list isn't finalized. Hope they support Logitech and fanatec for the non thrustmaster users out there
assuming the gameplay and graphics translate into reality on consoles... this is a potential game changer... maybe polyphony will be forced to look again at their development cycles...
Sorry for the delayed response (no emails received) There are options for visual damage, physical damage, mechanical failures, tire wear + fuel use multipliers, and so on. Also there's an unrelated PS4 Logitech petition here: http://www.change.org/en-GB/petitio...dium=email&utm_campaign=petition_update_email Thrustmaster are a partner with SMS inasmuch the same way that Panasonic are... I'm sure pCARS will work on LG televisions if you catch my drift. SMS have confirmed they're making the game compatible with every mainstream wheel that's supported on the consoles... they just legally can't tell us which ones yet. If you go for PC you can buy a 'button box' to make it easier to find buttons/switches/dials without taking your eyes off the road. i.e. http://www.derekspearedesigns.com/button-controllers.html
They might be a bit optimistic by a couple of weeks. I can't remember the exact date but it's not quite that early in November. Just remember that if you are a WMD member, what you paid becomes a discount to the final game. If you're a 'Full member' or higher, you get the game for free on the platform of your choice. Details on how and when haven't been specified yet.
I doubt it will be released on Nov 1 but i was surprised they had put that date on it seeing as no official release date has been announced
I've just been adding up how much I've "spent" on this game and managed to surprise myself. You don't want to know.
Will wait for a ROOZ's member review, if he gives it the HELL YEAH! will be buying the lot the very next day lol
@beau261 showed me this today. Awesome. Dynamic weather with aqua planing etc is probably the stand out feature pCARS has going for it at the mo IMO. Sounds like things are moving in the right direction - this is from comments at http://www.virtualr.net/project-cars-rain-ripples-preview-video
