Try deleting the under steer file from your disc and buy the handling DLC

I would suggest more a change in line rather than change in set up.
T1 you want to be focusing on being positioned correctly for the first right hander. Go in too hot and you will be too far right to take thd blind corner correctly.
Best thing to do I find is to focus on the ripple strip on the left just before you turn in to the right hander. You will need to back off mid coner to roll into this but it is vital for the right hander which if cocked up costs a lot of time. Especially if you run off into the sand

As for the left hander after the rise. Dont break going over it, instead if need be give a touch of brakes before the rise, then go back on the brakes after the rise once the car has settled. Running wide here costs lots n lots of time so it pays to take it easier rather than trying to eek out every tenth (unless its quali of course).

Thinking off having a room open tonight for this weeks round and try and sort the car out for once, hoping to make this thing handle, anyone keen?

Question (not sure if in correct thread but seems to be on same topic)

Can any keyboard plug in to use buttons for mid race tuning?
what things can i adjust during the race? (anti Roll bars etc)

Yes, on the fly you can adjust brake bias and anti roll bars. There are also other things like seat position, view etc

does it make much difference in game to make it worth it though, say if i soften the rear as my tyres wear?

Just thinking how i can fix my struggles near the end of races?

Best way to fix that is with experience. Practice full length races or half length with double the regulated tyre wear if you don't have the time. Nothing can beat on track experience. And not just on your own either. I run a full length practice session every race, you're welcome to join in.
