The basic requirement is fast reliable internet connection and having all entries on your friends list. The host must also be reliable and let people know if he is unavailable for a round. The running of the night will be handled by the room captain.
Got it, I'm at the lower margins of the bandwidth world....I'm sure there are better equipped people than I am. I hope someone chimes in.
